Follow your Heritage Apparel order from our studio to your door.

Use Your Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Select the link in that email to view the latest information from the shipping carrier.

Track Through Your Account

If you created a customer account, sign in and open your order history to view available order and shipping information.

Shopify may also allow you to access the order-status page using your order-confirmation number and the email address or telephone number used during checkout.

Tracking Information Has Not Updated

Carriers may need 24–48 hours to display the first tracking update after receiving a package.

If tracking has not updated after that period, or your package appears significantly delayed, contact us with:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Email address used during checkout

• Shipping address

Order Not Shipped Yet

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, your order may still be processing.

In-stock products generally require 2–5 business days to process. Embroidered, customized, and made-to-order products may require 5–10 business days.
